Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add 2 tablespoon warm oil to the mix to make the batter soft
Then, add about 3/4th cup of water to the batter and mix well. The batter should now be not too runny nor thick. Make sure the batter does not have any lumps
Heat a pan on medium flame and let 2 cups of oil heat for about 2-3 minutes
After the oil is ready to fry, dip your choice of thinly sliced vegetables into the batter and fry for a minute on each side
