No Bake Passionfruit Tart

These passionfruit tarts are so easy to make and did I mention they are sugar-free too? :)

  • 15 digestive or graham crackers crushed
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 passionfruit pulp


  1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until it is fully incorporated. Line the tart tins with the mixture 

  2. Freeze for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours. For best results, overnight freezing is recommended

  3. In a bowl, fold passionfruit pulp into the whipping cream. Be careful not to overmix as you do not want to lose the airy texture

  4. Before serving, fill the tart tins with passionfruit whipping cream and add more pulp if required as a garnish

Recipe Notes

Remove the tart tins just before serving so the shape stays
