  • 1 cup Low fat or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Oats or the usual ones your preference
  • 1-2 Dates pitted
  • 1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Honey or chocolate syrup to taste
  • A few nuts to garnish

  1. Add a cup of milk and dates to a blender and mix thoroughly. Add in the oats, vanilla extract, a drizzle of honey, cocoa powder and stir well. You can refrigerate this for an hour or more so the oats can mix well with the milk. Or...you can have them directly.
  2. Garnish with mixed nuts and a dollop of your choice of topping (ie, honey or chocolate syrup)

Oats are a great way to start your day or can be had as a snack. They fill you up and contain a lot of nutrients. Overnight Oats can be prepared in many ways, all you have to do is change the ingredients and add what you like 😉

Do mention how you like your oats in the comments below! My favorite is definitely this Turtle Overnight Oats!
