If entertainment beside your dinner table is what you fancy, we’ve found a perfect spot for you! Have you visited the Water, Light and Fire Show at DFC yet? Well, we hadn’t, so a trip to the mall was compulsory.
Serendipity 3, located right where the view is perfect, was our host that evening. Known for its famous Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, we venture out to see if it’s just that or more.

If you haven’t heard about its fairy-tale like interiors, then you must be living under a rock. They are almost as popular as their humungous shakes.
The menu is exactly what we thought it would be – massive. Nevertheless, we settle down for good ol’ classics like Empire State Onion Rings [AED 35] and Las Vegas Chicken Strips [AED 55] for starters. We must admit, the prices seem a little steep for just appetizers but the portions somehow make up for it.
Continuing our cheat meal (it was a Thursday evening after all!), we ask for our mains; Rib Eye Steak [AED 139] and Cheeseburger [AED 55]. While the latter was nothing extraordinary, we definitely recommend the Rib Eye Steak to all meat lovers. The mushroom sauce on the side paired with tender meat takes the dish to another level!
Of course, we can’t leave without their Frrrozen Hot Chocolate [AED 35], I ask for the regular portion cause I honestly cannot imagine what the humongous sized one will do to me. The husband, on the other hand, orders a peculiar named Monkey Business Banana Walnut Shake [AED 48].
Verdict? The Frrrozen Hot Chocolate wins hands down! It’s exactly what the description states – A frozen version of our beloved hot chocolate.
If we’re going back: The food didn’t wow us much, but the Signature shake is worth coming back for!
